Leadership Coaching
Our developmental leadership coaching model starts with mid-to-direct-level management assessments to set the foundation for objective feedback.
Leadership, interpersonal, personality and emotional intelligence tendencies drive the solutions-based conversations.

Performance Intervention Coaching
Sometimes we are asked to coach a leader that is either in a Performance Improvement Plan or as a precursor to starting a PIP.
Performance Intervention Coaching will include assessments, can include interviews of key stakeholders, and will require that the participant’s goals and progress are shared with the participant’s boss and Human Resources – all of which become a part of the participant’s personnel file.
