Leadership Culture Effect
The Leadership Culture Effect (LCE) is designed for executive leaders with a thorough background in leadership principles who want to ensure that their leadership behaviors are creating an environment where employees can feel safe to thrive and be a valued contributor to the growth of the company. The focus of the program is to allow the executive team to identify and commit to leadership practices that support accountability, trust, and contributor capability. LCE reinforces the consistency of a leadership practice that creates an emotionally safe work climate where employees can thrive and feel supported by company values.
This program spans a period of approximately nine (9) months. The program kicks off with an email introduction and program overview with the participants. The LCE will deliver one full-day offsite meeting per quarter followed a month later with a one-on-one coaching session per executive. The program examines and develops the following key aspects of cultural effect:
Meeting size is limited to an intact team (not to exceed 15) in order to ensure maximum participation. The setting for each program will be at a roundtable to support equitable discussion and evaluation. Each meeting will develop one or more of the key attributes listed above in two ways, 1) within the intact teams and 2) throughout the organization. In addition, each session builds on learning from the previous session(s).
The experience is designed to be highly interactive; participants will be asked to complete self-assessments, book and article discussions, case study analysis, project assignments, and role-plays.
